Title: CCPule 7.2 losing file menu
Post by: rellis007 on May 18, 2007, 08:35:09 PM
Relatively new to CC Pulse
Using V7.2 on a XP Office
does not matter if it is an exsisting workspace or new, when i attemp to use a template ( new or old) I lose the file menu... odd.

Any ideal.

Hi,

How do you mean you lose the file menu?

Have you tried to reinstall the application?
Another computer?

I have removed and reinstalled the App,
When I say I lose the file menu,
File View Tools Window Help are the primary file meus I lose file, I only have View Tools Window & Help, if I delete teh template then the file comes back?
I initially though it was a corrupt template to perhaps corrupt thresh-hold, but happens in a new workspace as well with new templates and thresh-holds..

Uh?? That is definitively not normal, I'll request another CCPulse installer to your provider.

FYI: I found my answer!  Seems that the un-installer for CCPulse is less than complete.
There were several things in the registry that were related to CCPulse.
After cleaning up the registry. wala, my file menu stays put.. :-)

Hi, can you please tell us what version of CCP it is? 7.2.xxxx? I would hate this to happen to our users since all of us are using 7.2 right now.

thanks a lot!!!
