Title: remove the MOH while the call is transfer to an agent

We have OCS (2step transfer with CPD Server), my question is  if there's a way to remove the MOH (in a Nortel PBX) while the call is transfer to the an agent. There's like a 1 sec. with the music while the transfer is completed, of course we don't want the MOH to be remove for all the call center.
