Hello,
We recently upgraded our Ciso Call Manager from 4.2.3 SR1 to SR2. Right after the update TServer stopped receiving a jtapi event of CallCtlConnNetworkReachedEv when an external extension is dialed and a treatment is applied. We rolled back to SR1.. but we are still broken. Has anyone encounter similar situation?

Have you checked/forced Tserver to download the original JTAPI file from Cisco Call Manager?

For those interested , this was fixed by Cisco in Engineering Special 40 (ES 40) .
