Title: SIT error

Hi,

help please!

Cn someone tell me what is causing this?

Our environment consists of Avaya PBX and Genesys 7.5.

Hi Jeff,
Can you be more explicit about your problem. Outbound ? Routing strategie ?
Have you checked the dialed number that cause this error ?
Does the DN 7300 has the good right in your PBX to dial this number ?

A SIT Is usually when PBX receives a message from PSTN indicating some error when trying to reach the number.

Dumb question - you do not have a headset which is kind of half-way plugged in? This was the main cause of this error for us here :>
