How do I get number of agents not ready status from CCPulse?
I'd like to use it to trigger email if no agents are avail and give number of agents not ready.

If you have this stat in your statserver :
[CurrNumberNotReadyStatuses]
Category=CurrentNumber
MainMask=NotReadyForNextCall
Objects=GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Subject=AgentStatus
You'll be able to show the number of not ready status in your ccpulse and trigger email

Yes, I see that in stat server.
But not able to figure out how to bring it in CCPulse.

Nevermind, I needed to look at agent group.
