Hello to everyone,
The problem I have to cope with is that i was using cti (starterapp) but for some reason i had to format my pc. So, after that, i installed starterapp, but when i try to connect through the connection wizard, when i follow the "use configuration server to connect", after the 3rd step (I give username, password, host & port) i get the error message :"there are problems with the server and you will not be able to continue". If i select the "manual connect" (which i am not supposed to use, but i was just checking it), it connects succesfully.
Does anyone have some idea about that???

Ok,
let's try several things:
1. please make sure that you can ping config server from your PC (you have reformatted it, so probably you deleted HOSTS file
2. if you can ping, set your config server logging to full, and dump us the log where your ActiveX connects. Also, please add screenshot of your softphone application definitions in CME.
