Hi guys,
I'm having this issue on URS 7.1.001.03 with IRD 7.2.001.07:
Can't load strategy <*0x65*Recuperacionesv5> from buffer!!!
Strategy modification (from SCE) failed!!!
CfgScript=(DBID=232,name=Recuperacionesv5,tenantDBID=101)
PopCfgScript(DBID=232) updated
The strange thing is that i was working ok creating strategies, then i went to launch and when i tried to load a new strategy (one existing with a minor modification on the SP execution) it fails.
Why does this may happen?
Thanks

Although I can't find the reference to it, I seem to remember reading in Genesys documentation (somewhere...) that it is HIGHLY recommended (if not required) for IRD major/minor release numbers to coincide with URS major/minor release numbers - For example, IRD 7.2 with URS 7.2.
For one main reason, there may be new functions/features within IRD 7.2 that cannot get loaded because they don't exist in 7.1 (though I suspect you would have to be using these functions/features in your strategy)
There may have also been a change in the way the strategy is saved - 7.2 can read 7.1, 7.0 etc for backward compatibility, but once you save it under 7.2, it gets saved in the new format and can no longer be read by URS 7.1
If you asked Genesys, they may be able to point out the specific place it is documented. They may also say that the combination has not been tested, and therefore is not supported [This was the answer we received when we inquired about using different major/minor release versions in a primary/backup pair - for example, TServer Symposium 7.1 with TServer Symposium 7.0]
