Title: EMPS is not running in GVP 7.5

Hi,

We have installed and configured GVP7.5, But EMPS is not running. During installation We have created a new GVP-IPCS application template with Type:GVP IP Communication, Version:7.5 and also created GVP-IPCS application object, but at server info tab Host name is disable. So we are not able to select the host name for this.

When we are trying to start GVP_IPCS application through SCI, It is not starting. We guess because GVP-IPCS application is not running, So GVP-IPCS template might be creating problem for EMPS. Shall we ask Genesys to provide us GVP application template?

Any one can help us to resolve this problem.."
