Title: From field when agent answers an email

Hi,
Customer is asking the following:

On eMail Server i create 3 pop3 accounts.
Customer wants that when the agent answers an email from account 2 the From field is filled with the account 2 info, if answer from account 1 the From field is filled with the account 1 info and so on.

Is it possible?

Hi cavagnaro,

Yes, it is. That should be the default behaviour how Genesys selects "From" address. What application do you use for the agents?

Actually we are just planning, still testing how to handle emails with only 1 email account they gave me for testing.
So i have not yet touch the GAD which will be the application they will use.
