Hi,
I am new to softphone programming.I want to know what is the difference connection,extension and Line.Can somebody pls clarify ???

TConnection = COnnection to the Tserver
TExtension = Place
TLine = Extension on CME

Please read the genesys activex reference guide.

Well it is on the documentation CD or go to http://support.genesyslab.com of course you need access from Genesys or your seller to access it. AS you have a Genesys i guess you or somebody at your job have the access.
