Title: CPD Ports show erratic dialling

Hi all,

Can someone enlighten me as to why something like this would occur in Genesys after looking at the attached video?

I looked at the video, and it was a bit hard to understand. I assume 7xxx are CPD ports right? I could not tell what was erratic about it. It seems like they became not-ready, dialed and then not ready again. You sure do have a lot of agents WaitingForNextCall!!! I guess your CPD is dialing and hanging up, right? What does the log say?

Can you paste the log showing what happend after RequestMakeCall?
