Help!!! Calling all cars, calling all cars!!!
I have a problem. My Hyperion reports shows all reports except for one group. What can it be?
I can't paste screenshots or logs due to security policies at my workplace. It must something really obvious like forgetting to register agent DNs or running out of licenses. Any helpful clues to look for?

Go to DMA, Go to REporting Layouts, check the one of the groups, see which objects are in. I bet this group you don't see isn't there. Add it and will work from now on.

I had a similar problem, but my situation was a bit complex. I also had a particular agent group with no or limited stats. After many hours on the phone with our Genesys SIer, we have escalated the problem to Tier3. Little did we know that the problem was caused by nothing other than poorly setup multisite routing - calls arriving from one particular site were treated as new calls and were assigned new connid. This was a cause for me.
If you are in a multisite environment I suggest you check if connection id is preserved between sites! ::)
