Hi all,
How do objects stopped being monitored in a stat server and how can they be monitored back? In our CCPulse, se have different statservers and we connect to a particular stat server. One object is being monitored in one stat server but it is not in the other stat server. Before that object is monitored in those stat server and we are able to get stat values, but now it seemed to have stopped being monitored and there are no values in our workspace. The status of the object is NotMonitored. How can it be reverted back to being Monitored?
Thanks.

1. STop Start StatServer
2. Stop Start TServer
3. Delete and Recreate this DN's on CME
Now the good question is why they stop being monitored. Is your TServer maybe loosing connection to the StatServers?

Thanks... :)
Still looking as to why the tservers had lost connection. ???

In your tserver logs look for "disconnected" for your StatServer. Perhaps it will be faster if you look at your StatServer log. Sometimes, you will see something like "client is too slow" ... do you have addp between the two applications?
Also, in your logs, can you find when it was not monitored? You should look for RequestRegister with ThisDN equal to your VQ and see if there is some sort of error in response.
Also, you should search and see when NotMonitored starts showing in the logs.
Last but not least - what is your TServer and StatServer versions?
