Let me get a cup of steaming coco and turn down the thermostat!  :D

I wrote Genesys about our forum and so far, all I got back was ... SILENCE.
I wonder what they are thinking out there...

Best regards,
Vic

I reckon we are still helping Genesys out.  Consider the amount of information which is floating around here, waiting to be picked out.  The Solutions Knowledge Base at Genesys appears to be quite out of date now (not sure if they have stopped uploading generic/sterlized issues/resolution items to it), whereas this forum continues with real-time issues with today's (or at least fairly up to date) versions of their component software.

It stands to reason that, if you keep the information in the Forum relevant, succinct and up to date, it will remain up to date.  If it stays up to date, it's even more relevant to people who use the products day by day and those people will continue to use it, advocate it and add to it.  Using plain English also helps!

A perfect perpetual loop... Maybe that is what Genesys can learn from it?  That is, aside from the odd Genesys Support Engineer who might come here, looking for answers and solutions...  ::)
