I am guessing what I am thinking is possible, or atleast should be possible, but I cannot make it work. No doubt I am missing some things..
Inbound call, routes to agent. Post route, I would like Genesys to send an email to an internal address (standard mailbox, not genesys monitored) with the attached data from the call.
Anyone have any suggestions of a solution for this?
Any help would be appreciated as always!

What about inside the agent application softphone to do that, a code to send an email with the data you request?
I doubt you can use Genesys Email motor to do that.

That is an interesting point, I wonder if we could integrate it with the new desktop that is being built by GT. Will have to ask the question next week!
