Title: Agent does not show up in the Campaign Manager

Can someone please tell me why I can see an Agent Group but there are no agents inside? Agents are defined for each agent group used by the Campaign Manager.

Hello, Suzuki! How are you? I think your problem lies with not defining a queue for an Place Group to which this agent's DN belongs. For an Outbound Suite, you need to define Place Group and not Agent Group. Which brings me to MY question: WHY wouldn't you want to use Agent Group in the Campaign Manager? Why require Place Group? Mr.Suzuki is my partner. Yor're right. He didn't define a queue for the PlaceGroup. Thanks.
