Hello.
Though it is a setting of Time Profiles
・Time Profile of StatServer
・Time Profile of DMA
An actual set place is not understood though it was heard that it was possible to set it with, another one, and ConfgurationManager. Could you teach?

Hi Parsley,
I'm not sure I understand the question really, are you asking where you can create Time Profiles?
You can create them in DMA and synchronise them with statserver. Or, you can add them to the statserver configuration from within CME.
Does that help?

Hello the mark.
I started the study of Genesys recently.
The problem that explained where to set TimeProfiles was received.
I got homework of looking for though I found the setting of DMA and StatServer ..
where it was possible to do because it was possible to set it also with CME...
However, it is not found no matter how it looks for.
My best regards.

In CME
Environment > Applications > double click your stat server > options > timeprofiles
Try that

Hi mark
Thank you.
About TimeProfiles
Are not there other methods of CME?
Except that TimeProfiles of StatServer is changed with CME.
Do you understand though heard that it has the setting of
TimeProfiles with ConfigurationServer somewhere?
-
No, Time Profiles as Time Ranges are configured on StatServer (Reporting) application.
What are you trying to do?

Hi cavagnaro
I am searching for a set part of Time Profiles.
It is said that another place can be set, and, besides, looks for though the change method by StatServer and DMA was found.
Are not there still set parts other than StatServer and DMA ・・・?

The only other place I can think of for Time Profiles is CCPulse. You mention StatServer and DMA as places where you can set/amend/delete/add a Time Profile, which is correct. If you set them in DMA, depending on version, it will update StatServer automatically - otherwise you can syncronize your Time Profiles manually using the "Synchronize" button, on the menu of DMA/
Another dimension to this is your Data Sourcer; If you have mutliple Data Sourcers and they are connected to different StatServers, they will only affect the Time Profiles on the StatServer you are connected to. For example;
If you open Data Sourcer 1, which is connected to StatServer 1 and add a Time Profile, it will not be available for use with Data Sourcer 2, connected to StatServer 2. You will have to add your Time Profile to every StatServer for it to be available "everywhere".
I hope this helps? Otherwise, we are all now asking you; "what do you want to do with Time Profiles"?
