Title: Control not returned back to URS after applying Treatments

Hi All,
Am in the process of applying treatments to one of my strategies and am not getting the control back from the IVR after applying treatments.

1.The treatments are getting called from the strategy but the control is not getting back to strategy,after playing treatments.
2.As per the logs ,the following are the sequence of events that needs to happen when treatment is getting played,

1.TREATMENT_REQUEST
2.TREATMENT_APLLIED
3.TREATMENT_ENDED

3.These three events needs to come from Tserver,but my Tserver gives only the frist two events and we get Event_Abandoned instead of the third event,which makes the call to get retained at IVR itself instead of returning to strategy.

4.I have seen that all IVR extensions are monitored in switch and options are set for <Urs_Name> with event_arrive = established.

Any help in getting this resolved,is greatly appreicated.

Just to verify, do you have the "Compatible Mode" box checked?
