Title: ACW Reporting after Transfer to another VQ

Hey Guys

I have problem to report acw with 2 VQ's.
as follows:

Call arrive RP_A with VQ_A
Call answer by Agent_A
Agent_A transfer the call to RP_B
Agent_A get ACW

Call arrive RP_B with VQ_B
Call answer by Agent_B
Agent_B end the call
Agent_B get ACW

and now, in CCPulse:

Agent_A --> Number of ACW = 0
Agent_B --> Number of ACW = 1


Why????

Which PBX do you have?
What does TServer logs and Statserver logs says?
Maybe as it transfered the call your pbx is configured to handle it as no wrapup for it...
