Hi All,
I'm looking for possible workaround solution. Problem is that TServer doesn't puck up DNIS that is coming from Symposium switch. If DNIS is not passed, then we can't play proper voice application (We have IVR behind the switch). I did open SR with Genesys, and have no recommendations yet. Probably fix will not be soon, so I'm looking if someone experienced that kind of problem, and what was the solution. For any suggestions I would really appreciate.
