Title: Info Mart 7.5 compatibility

Hi ,

Is Info Mart 7.5 compatible with ICON 7.2 or vice versa ?

I think it could work because ICON does collect most of the stats that infomart 7.5 wants.  Although i'm stilll really skeptical that it could work and would ask you to double check with genesys tech support.  From what I understand Infomart 7.5 will extract cme, voice interactions from IDB instead of CME db & CCON. 

Now i know ICON already collects those data in IDB with 7.2 so that's why i say it might/could work. I'm just not sure if the datamodel in 7.2 IBD has all the requisite columns/data that Infomart 7.5 might want. 

I would actually go with the newer 7.5 iCON since it would add support for VQ data as well.
