Hi,
I'm having a few difficulties getting treatments to work on preview campaigns, where the call hander is returning the dial result back to the campaign calling list. It does not re-schedule the call based on the criteria stated in the treatment.
Any ideas?

What is a call hander? The agent? Record_handle?
What does your treatment says?
Please be more detailed, your question is too ambiguous.

Please Grega can you explain in more detail your problem? An example Call flow and agent procedure and also your treatment description or screenshot will help a lot to determine your exact problem

Hi!!! I may have the same problem, and wondering how you guys solved it! :o
This is the scenario: I have my softphone, working fine with progressive and predictive dialing modes, calls are made and received, treatments working fine and rescheduling superb!... but... when I try "preview", I save the call result using "UpdateCallCompletionStats", hoping OCS understands or reads it, so it can trigger the treatment, but... nothing happens :(
Am I using the wrong request? ??? ???
