A few questions to ask: are you looking for full time or contract ? Working for the end-client or for an integrator? Willing to travel, or need to stay close to Tampa?

First place I would look would be career boards, like Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, etc.
Another place you can look is Genesys' website. If you spend some time on the site, you can come up with a basic list of Genesys Partners and even some of the customers (those who have submitted Case Studies, Customer profiles, etc).
