Hi,

The latest supported CallManager version is 5.1.1. You need TServer 7.5 in such case.

Thanks a lot René for your help.

I am challenged in internal of my company by telephony's department in charge to deploy CallManager. They ask me how I can be sure that Genesys and Cisco will run together. Because on the web site of Cisco, the current compatibility is between CallManager v4.1 and Genesys TServer 7.2.

Regards,

Leapfrog.

You're welcome.

Genesys is direct competitor of Cisco in the call centre area so I would doubt that certification takes some (long) time due "unknown" reason ;)

You can find supported versions of CCM in the release notes of TServer for Cisco CallManager.

Is the Genesys IP contact centre compatible to Cisco CallManager 5.1?

Genesys IP contact Center? What is that? Can you be more specific? Under Genesys all is IP so don't understand your question...

? Genesys is a CTI, one of his products is URS (Universal Routing Server) which is something like an ACD but much more advanced.
As Genesys is compatible with CCM and your version is covered I see no problems.
