Dear Genesys Expert,
I have a problem with WFM application in the webtools. The problem started when we have the server down (due to hardisk fail). And the hardisk problem has been fixed by our tech support. Btw since then the webtool run odd. Here is; when we try to run web tool from PC's Supervisor. We got the following;
http://briwfm/wfm/ErrorPage.jsp
Description : access denied.
Then I enter login again then it work partly since only I could use adherence but could not use the scheduller, planner, and report.
Could you help me to solve this problem please?

What do the logs say when it errors?

Hi Gito.
Are you running this on Tomcat or Websphere as the web host and what version of WFM are we talking about please?
When you say that you can't use certain pages, whats happening? Do you get an error or are they missing from the profile?
Was the original issue with the WFM Server application or something else?
As mark said, what do the WFM Web logs say when you login in?
