Title: Integration with Impact360 WFM (Blue pumpkin)

Hi,

I'm finding how to integrate with Impact360 WFM?
I know genesys provided Blue Pumpkin Integration if I wouldn't like to use it.
Do u have another way for integration?

Please advise me.

I've done Aspect eWFM and IEX complete integration from Genesys. Is there a market for a BP integration app?
