Title: the length of the option value of filters

When defining a filter in the options of the star server I have a problem with the length of the option value;

My filter has the following format

~pairexists (....) & ~pairexists (...) & ............

I am not able to enter the complete option value

I am a newbie in genesys; so maybe there is an easy solution. But now i am lost

Dink,

as far as I know the value length was limited to 255 characters till 7.0 release; how long is yours?

that is the same limitation I have.

This is a guess but are you entering "~pairexists (....) & ~pairexists (...) & ............" as the value in the option box?

yes that's the way I have done it;

I have a found a solution by using wildcard characters
