Title: 186-Set is in target state

Any clue about why this error can happen or what that means in the Login of an Agent, using T-Library Activex Toolkit 7.2

Check the physical telephone, pick up the receiver and place it on the table.

Try again.

Here are two possibilities as I see it:

1. another agent logged into the same DN
2. your phone was off the hook
