CCPulse no, check on StatServer guide info about login table, this will record all agent interaction.

I would imagine you could do it through CCPulse, if you created an historical hourly report, you could create a filter on EventLoggedIn. This would create a counter, and show you the value for each hour.

I know its not exactly what you want, but it would work. Search the Genesys support database for some examples on how to create custom stats within CCPulse.

Uh? This will show on the range of 10:00 to 10:30 for example 1 login, but there is 30 minutes on where the agent could did that login. Also, another events as the phone being out/in service produce the EventLoggedIn.
I still believe the StatServer table is the best solution.

Whether or not is the best solution is debatable, I think it depends on what the topic originator is looking for. If the purpose is to track/adhere to schedule then there is other tools, like WFM or Icon, but if you are just looking for a quick glance on how many agents are logged in or around what time an agent logged in(and how many times), CCPulse is a good choice.

Alternatively, you can use the stat server tables, but you will most likely want to build a dashboard type application that collects/aggregates the data so it is usable by the business.

Well but reading his posts he wants the first login hour, with StatServer tables and Brio you can do a very good tool for this, without WFM, ICON or any other that will require additional costs.
CCPulse solution is a good solution for what you mention and very used, but fails on giving the exact time of an event.
