Title: how to migrate CME db from 6.5 to 7.0

Hi, I need to migrate CME db from 6.5 to 7.0. Is there any tool available from genesys?

When I moved from 5.1 to 6.5, I used a tool called Configuration Conversion Wizad (CCW) to do migration.
I was wondering anything available for 6.5 to 7.0 migration?

Hi,

The same tool is available for migration 6.5 -> 7.5. I have used it several times with success :-)

You find it on the Management Framework CD,
