Hi guys,
I am from china, and I need to learn about genesys CTI, but I can't find any technical
infomation form here, If anyone eles have the user guideline, please send it to me.

you can send a request to genesy to create a user account. if you're getting one, you are able to download any document and manual you want.

good luck with manuals, but what exactly are you trying to learn? I have spare time over the weekend so if you want, I can put together some osort of short video. (No, not THAT sort of video...)
