What does everyone think this will mean for Genesys reporting. It seems it can only improve it.

Reporting is a peice of it, but its bigger then that. I see this acquisition playing into Genesys primary goal of automating service levels and Agent availability across the enterprise. For the last 2 or 3 years they have launched the campaign to automate KPIs and adjust agents priorities, based on current business needs and goals. This is just another peice of the puzzle.
On the reporting side however, Genesys has commited by 2009 they will have thier own reporting platforum, so no more Brio like or third party software. Whoo hoo :)

well, yes, but i am afraid that this tool could be like the old one they had for CCon. But hope never dies ::) ;)
