Title: Why Agent Status is not updated in CCP?

I have a question about CCP 5.2 For testing purposes, we have created a mockup call centre with 300 agents using TServer release 5.1.075, Statistics Server 5.1.076, Configuratio Server 5.1.131 and CCP 5.2 In Configuration Manager CCP is connected to Statistics Server. Yet, when I open CCP and load the workspace, agent status is not being updated. That is, we can SEE the agents, but all of them are in logged out mode. Rebooting the system, relogging in these agents, rebooting Statistics Server do not help. What can possibly go wrong? Cheers, John McIntyre

Did you create a place? Thisis a common mistake I overlook it all the time. Unless you register a DN for the place, you will never have an updated information shown in CCP, no matter what version it is. I hope it helps, Vic
