I have a question for you
Is what it is possible to have two instance of GAD on the same server that listens on two different port?

Yes you do, each instance will take the Licenses that you configured for it, you would configure them as independent applciations

Each agent that logs in will consume a license depending on the kind of multimedia he logs in, voice, chat, email. I don't remember seeing a specific license for GAD.

I noticed that for a GAD it needs an Universal Contact Server for a linked database via DAP
Is that I could shout a contact for each server for GAD separated the database?

Hi,

You can run both instances against one Universal Contact Server/database. I would suggest you to restrict, using CME Permission, access to agents/DNs for each GDesktop instance to avoid possible collisions.
