Hi
Hopefully an easy one for someone:
Is it possible to target an external number in a routing strategy? E.g. a customer presses option 1 and the call is forwarded to 01234 567890?
If so how is it done?

Have you tried TForce?

TRoute is much better, Genesys suggests to avoid Force function.
