Hi All,
Does anybody have experience of executing Web Services requests from within Universal Routing Server? We're about to begin using this function at a client that I'm working for and I'm looking to understand what issues other users have come up against.
One issue I've noticed already, is that many of the WSDLs provided by the client don't seem to display a method name when imported. I guess we can work round this by manually entering the Name, Namespace and Actions.
Also, the Genesys Solution Support site
Any advice would be very welcome.
