Title: CCPulse startup and runtime performance enhancer
Post by: davidw on January 15, 2008, 10:18:58 PM
Couple of Questions regarding CCPulse 7.2

I'm working on CCPulse and need to update the registry for the application is taking a long time to load. I was able to find a couple of files but do not know where to update the details in the Registry. You can configure two options in the Workspace section, which together.

improve startup and runtime performance:

• WorkspaceAutoLoad

• CurrentStateEnable

Does anyone know where to update these files.

Hi,

These options aren't stored in the registry but in Genesys configuration. Start Genesys Configuration Manager (CME), open properties of CCPulse+ application, go to the section "Workspace" and modify value (True/False) of the keys "WorkspaceAutoLoad", "CurrentStateEnable". If that section doesn't exist you can create it and add mentioned keys.

What if I user the CCPulse for different groups. I have several groups set up in CME each with their own servers and CCPulse settings. Is there a way to do it at the machine level versus the Environment?

thanks

You can create several CCPulse applications on CME and each one with different behaviour.
