Title: Agent relogin on CCon crash?
Post by: Sanjesh on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Hi.

Genesys states that the new version of Ccon has fixed the issue of agents having to relogin after a Ccon restart. They state that the new version automatically relogins the agent, Errrrrrrrr?
How do I verify this?

Thx.

Interesting point.
I would think that Login table and Status tables would be something that would hold all the agent elated data. But these tables are written by stat server and not Ccon, so, I wonder too...

Actually, the CCon does not relogin agents itself, but it
is able to determine the agent's current login status on startup.
Prior to this, if CCon was restarted, you needed to have your agents relogin if you wanted CCon to accurately record your data.
