I have a problem.
We have 2 different sites, with 2 different StatServers.
On each site we have a support group that is supposed to answer calls for a q called "1".
I want to deflect all incomming calls that comes in to "1" between the 2 different sites.
And on top of that create an app, that u can controll the volume in % of the calls coming in, between the sites.
Is there a way for this? and how does Genesys calculate how many calls that should be deflected. is it ever other call to each site? or is there a random action that calculates on a time span? and if so,,,,how does that work. how much timespan , and so on.
=)
Alot of questions =) hope someone know an answer.
Thanks!

On IRD there are functions already done to do this, Load Balancing between AG groups. If one TServer can communicate with the other and the URS Statserver can see both AG there will be no problem. Remember that the one that sends the calls is TServer, Statserver only provides statistics on status and actions on PBX objects.

Ok thanks!
Do you know how it calculates how many calls shat should be diverted?

In case of using the object "LoadBalancing" object the calculation is quite easy - URS tried to distribute the same amount of interaction for both TServer (50% / 50%). If you need to change the ration (30/70 or 60/40 etc.) then use the object "Percentage".
Please read Genesys Universal Routing 7.5 Reference manual for more information related to the routing objects.
