Is there anyway to change skills on multiple agents at the same time?

Yes, If you are using Configuration Manager 7!

Mark several agents, right click and select Manage Skills. You pick the skills and set the level once, and apply it for all agents.

It is good to use when you add many new agents.

this is what i get if I do that:

"Cannot Create Temporary file C:\Program Files\GCTI\Coniguration Manager\wizard10266.xml"

Hm,

Are you administrator on the PC? Maybe you do not have write permission to c: drive?
Do you have Genesys Wizards installed?
I have never seen that error message...

I dont have admin, i'll check that out and se how it goes-

I've not seen that either.

check the directory first:

"Cannot Create Temporary file C:\Program Files\GCTI\[b]Coniguration [/b] Manager\wizard10266.xml"

I would reinstall the wizard and the common components

It had to do with the admin\user rights to Configuration Manager folder.

set myself to admin, and it worked.

This is great, for some reason I had asked someone at my workplace who was the supposed 'guru' and he mentioned this is a single task of going one by one - even at GU I don't recall them covering these features, but it's a HUGE help as we have scheduled queue backup support throughout the days and skilling 20 agents manually can be a bit of a challenge with our other tasks. This really helped out..
