Hi Genesys gurus out there,
We have a Genesys Voice Portal, GVP 6.5 platform running that developed a fault at the Dialogic card level. After changing the card, the GVP cannot seem to answer the call from the Siemens HiPath 4000 PABX. All services at the GVP is running fine.
Has anybody encountered this issue before?

Did you reconfigured the dialogic board? I mean the tones and cadence configuration? What does the dialogic configurator says?

Going back a while now but I think you may need to re-apply the Channel Numbers in the Settings of the URS...?

can i know what kind of failure you have them with your dialogic card?

We didn't reconfigure the tones & cadence setting because we replaced with the same model of dialogic card (DM/V600A-2E1). Shall we reconfigure it ? if yes where to configure ? FYI, DCM shows the card is up & running.

Ok, this is something we had a problem with about 6 months ago. Keith would know for sure...I will try to get him to write something on it, because we really were banging our head against the wall trying to get it to work. And then we did something, and it did. Ever since. If only I could remember what it was!!!
