Title: Genesys to PBX diagram
Post by: Ryan on February 14, 2008, 02:17:45 AM
Hi,

I came across the board recently.  I've been working with Genesys Framework for 4 years and GVP for one year.

Does anyone have a 'pretty' client presentable type arch diagram for Genesys connecting to AES using DLG?

Thanks

Ryan,

I am a bit confused. What do you mean by "pretty"? It is one server, one line, one Avaya square, with smaller Avaya square inside. Am I missing something?

Best regards,
Vic

Dear Ryan,

Below download link is a ppt file presentation on Avaya AES functionalities and components architecture. The doc was written by Avaya General Manager, Jeff Holton.

Not sure if it is exactly you need!

FYI, there are 3 'types' of DLG service devices in the market!
    1. MAP-D DLG
    2. Co-Resident DLG, Avaya CM 2.x
    3. DLG in AES (CM 3.0 or above)
