Hi Tony,
It looks very interesting and well done, however, I have never used ICON nor CCON. So I can understand the idea, but can you please share a screenshot of what kind of reports we are talking about exactly? If it is not much to ask of course.

Hmmm... small problem there... there is no reporting interface. Not yet, anyway...

I take your point though - if I add in an Annex showing the types of statistics available (KVP's, Aggregate Stats, etc.) and applied to which objects (Agent, Queue, VQ, Campaign, etc.) - would that help?

The document is very well written.  Keep'em coming Tony although I'm not sure which other products you haven't covered.  ;D

And what do you use to get the info? Seems it is not something a mortal user can do.
The table views can help to see what we achieve with that :)

Hi cavagnaro,

Well... with a View applied, or a little script to pull in the data from the plethora of available Aggregated Tables you could push out the results to a new Table, apply a BOU over those, for use in a BO Report... BI work, basically.

I don't have an integral Table or View Schema to show how the whole thing relates to itself but it doesn't appear to be too difficult to see how it works...

BTW, I'm not pre-sales and I never said it was a good product - but it does extract very well (read: use ICON!) :)
