Title: GVP - Cisco CCM integration

Hi all,

I'm trying to integrate GVP 7.5 and Framework 7.2 with Cisco CCM 5.1 and I'm lost.

Actually, I've done the integration between the framework and cisco and it's working fine.

But I don't know what needs to be done in both GVP and Cisco administrations to make everything working.
By the way, GVP seems to work fine when called directly by a sip phone (not registered to cisco)

If someone can help me a little bit, I would really appreciate (by email, pm, forum...).
I'm available for any kind of additional information.

Additional question : I have only one Cisco pbx and only one IPCS. Do I need a IPCM ?
