I'm trying to setup a threshold of zero or less than one agent logged in and play an action of, send voicemail and play a wav file. I have the threshold and wav file working but can't figure out how to set up the voicemail????
Any thoughts????

Voicemail? Uh? Can you be more specific?

I'm looking for a way to send an external notification. Maybe a text message of automated call. I tried the email option but can't get it to work as I have the wrong outlook version.

There is a post where same Outlook problem was asked and a solution was given by using an external dll. Have you tried it?
