What is the best approach for default routing (Genesys is down) in case of SIP server.

Hi,
we have been using Genesys SIP Server on 1000+ seat call center and default routing was our no.1 concern. On top of adding HA, there are several other things you should consider, some of which can be done using your VoIP GW. I will have somebody here at our firm add some more meaningful comments below.
