Title: Genesys Express - hardware specs

Hi all,

I just wondered if those of you who are running Genesys Express would mind sharing your hardware spec, considering the 4 Oracle databases (config, logging, ods and dmart) that are required.

I used a single server with dual AMD CPUs with 4Gig of RAM for GE4.2 Multimedia plus Call Con plus Hyperion. I had a full version of MS SQL Server instead of your Oracle on the box as well. That install was for ten agent positions as was more than ample.
