Title: Avaya AES Link numbers and TServers
Post by: sambo99 on March 18, 2008, 06:07:42 PM
Hello, I am very new to Genesys and need to add a DLG link on my AES for a new Tserver. The next cti link number available on my AES is 9. Does anyone know if there is a link number limitation for Genesys like their is for ICM? ICM can only go as high as 8 due to a code restriction and I am trying not to get into an similar issue with my Genesys link if possible.

Thanks!

doing the same thing today as it happens...

From the T-Server 7.5 for Avaya Communication Manager documentation:

link-number
Default Value: Mandatory field. No default value.
Valid Values: Any valid link number
Changes Take Effect: Immediately
Specifies the number of the ASAI Ethernet link dedicated for this use. You must set a value for this option.
