Hi All,
We have IVR/GVP “In Front”. Many calls will be handled, from start to end, within the IVR. When customers choose to speak to an agent (e.g. press 0 and speak “operator”), the IVR will transfer the calls, via hook-flash, to Network SIP server Application DN’s (Genesys Route Points (RP)) for intelligent call routing logic.
Where we need to load strategy on RP of SIP server or on Virtual Route Point of IServer?
Thanks,

If GVP is in front then he will receive the calls, then GVP is connected to your PBX using SIP? Digital boards? Anyway, you have a TServer for that PBX, on that TServer you need to load strategies to make them work and monitor your real agents. GVP will need to transfer to the RP you have loaded the agents strategy.

Thanks for the information.
