Guys,

Is there a simple way to export everything from the Config database via CME ?

Using CME directly = no.

Using the Config Export Utility = yes.

You can also export the entire config database into an SQL file using the Configuration Conversion Wizard. This file can only be imported again by CCW though.

if you are setup with SOAP port for config server and have CIW license,
then your CME should already have CIW interface option in the File menu. Use it to export the config DB. It exports as XML though..
